The menu has been created by our award-winning culinary team, helmed by Maximal Concepts’ Culinary Directors, and Group Executive Chef, Sebastian Comerso.
Limewood was born from a simple desire: to gather all the types of cuisines one might feel like indulging on while spending a relaxing day at the beach. The menu is also widely inspired by the type of dishes our culinary team likes to cook while they are off and spending time with their families. The menu at Limewood is influenced by South East Asian, Hawaiian, South American and Caribbean recipes and is centered around barbecued seafood and meats, complemented by creative, refreshing cocktails. In many ways, it’s a true Californian experience.
